Rotor

It can be designed and processed into different geometric shapes according to customer requirements. The metal materials can be surface hardened or vacuum quenched. The hardness of the treated metal materials can reach HRC65-67 °.





Stator

Imported from Germany, with various rubber formulations, such as SU161, SU026, SU036, SU030, SU088 and other high-performance rubbers, which have the characteristics of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc., and can be used in different media and working conditions.






Transmission components

A variety of universal joint type transmission components are available. In addition to the traditional pin type and pin sleeve type, there are sanitary type, flexible rod, and cross pin type to cope with a variety of torque transmission and axial load.







Shaft seal

Packing seal or mechanical seal can be selected according to the working conditions, and the design of cooling and flushing system can be increased to prolong the service life of shaft seal.








Mechanical seal flushing and cooling scheme

In order to avoid the seal failure to the maximum extent and prolong the service life of the shaft seal, our company can design appropriate mechanical seal flushing and cooling schemes, such as PLAN31, PLAN53A, PLAN53B, PLAN54, etc.
